Husband, dad, brother, son, teacher, coach, pastor, survivor, friend… these are some of the things people call me. On my 41st birthday in 2000 I learned I had multiple myeloma, a blood cancer with no medical cure. I had a stem cell transplant in 2001 and someone suggested I write the lessons God taught in the valley.
He’s led me out of the valley up beautiful hills and down into different valleys and through winding paths and on straight roads in eighteen different countries. In other words… I’m still learning. These are thoughts and experiences of a Christian depending on Jesus to finish the race. I hope you’ll be encouraged.
